Float Well Celbridge has been created as a space for Wellness and good mental health.

Providing 2 state of the art floatation tanks and a studio to focus on creating an environment for a community to grow, building around mindful movement, meditation and breathwork therapies.

Floatation has been around for a lot longer than you would think and while the scientific world have now begun to publish their findings on what we at Float Well have known for a long time –

Our Services

Floatation Therapy

Whether stressed mentally or physically, floatation has been proven to help. 1 hour in a float tank has been proven to have the same restorative benefits of 3-4 hours sleep, while allowing quicker recovery from physical exertion and injury.

Mindfulness Courses

Our mindfulness courses are 6 week programmes designed to provide you with the knowledge and tools to live your life with better awareness of the present moment. This ensures less stress, anxiety and better sleep amongst many other benefits.

Pay as You Go Classes

Our classes will change and adapt as we grow but will always focus on the connection between mind and body. Breathwork, Meditation and Mindful movement will always be a staple, but Yoga and Tai Chi will make visits into our schedule too. All of our classes are open to everyone, those starting out their journeys are particularly welcome.
